QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING 

How can I order online? 

You can order online on Our Convenient Printing store by Clicking on the Print Store page. Then you will be directed to different products so that you can choose the type you want depending on it's specifications (Material, size, quantity, paper type). 

After locating the product you want to order, add it to Cart then it will automatically open your cart for further details.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be done directly after you have placed your order to Cart. You will berequested to enter your details then choose your preferred payment method.

As soon as we receive the payment confirmation from the payment provider (Payfast), we will start to process your order (subject to the condition that we have received printable artwork or your artwork approval if you have ordered design services).

How long does it take for me to get the proof of my order?

Our system is automatic, it sill send your order confirmation instantly to your email address. 

What if I want to change something on my order after I've placed it or approved the proof?

You may make changes to such things as quantity, delivery method, or delivery address. Please note that some changes cannot be made after certain stages in the production process (After 1 day of approval) -- for instance, the quantity or artwork edits cannot be changed once your order has been printed.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

How long will it takes to get my order?

We offer a free standard delivery anywhere in S.A for a limited number of products provided that the order has been placed online which takes a minum of 2 working days to reach your destination. Our turn around time is 2-7 working days excluding weekends and holidays. 

How can I get my order even faster?

You have an option to Rush Your Order, however we charge a fee for orders that must be done in a day or two. 

Which delivery options do you provide? 

We provide free standard delivery anywhere in S.A that takes a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 4 working days. However we also have other delivery methods that are more faster. We have; 

  • Express Delivery (We charge R200, which takes 1 day to reach your destination)
  • Same day delivery (We charge R300, which will be delivered same day).

Can you deliver directly to my clients? 

Of course – at your request, we will send the printed products to the address you provide as the sender directly to your client without any information linking to us. This service is completely free of charge (If you qualify for FREE Delivery), you only have to state the option “reseller delivery or white lable delivery”.

Can I change my delivery option once I've submitted my order? 

Unfortunately No.

Once your order is submitted, it is no longer possible to change your production and delivery options. Please check your configuration options in the shopping cart to ensure your order is according to your preferences before you submit it.

Can I track my order online? 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation per e-mail from us. Most of these emails (depending on courier company) contain the tracking code of your order as well as your personal link to track your delivery.

QUESTIONS CONCERNING YOUR ARTWORK

How and where do I upload my print ready artwork?

You can upload your print ready artwork after placing your order and confirming payment. Print ready artworks are uploaded under quick links on our Home page under "Upload your artwork" you will need your order number to proceed (Make sure you have completed your order and payment) 

I found a mistake on my artwork/design after uploading it. Can I upload it again? 

You can only re-upload your arwork not later than 5 hours after uploading the first artwork. 

If you upload your new/corrected artwork before that deadline, we are happy to consider it. Corrections after that deadline can unfortunately not be considered.

Do you check my artwork after I upload it? 

Yes – our standard artwork check is for free and always included. During the standard artwork check, we verify whether your artwork is printable.

How long will it take to upload my files?

It will vary depending upon your file size, the speed of your Internet connection and the volume of Internet traffic at the time you send it.

Which file formats do we accept? 

We only accept print ready artworks in PDF and JPG format.
